Fortnite is now on Android for everyone
Player need to download the game from official site since it is not available on Google Play

You don’t need to wait longer for free Fortnite Android version. Now Epic has released the game on Android without the need for an invite. The beta had previously been invite-only, but as of today you can download it to any Android device for free, without waiting.

But you have to download the game from the official site of Android (You can find a list of supported Android phones on Epic’s site.)

  • OS: Recommended Android 8.0 or higher, 64 bit
  • RAM: Recommended 4GB or higher
  • GPU: Adreno 530 or higher, Mali-G71 MP20, Mali-G72 MP12 or higher

Epic’s CEO, Tim Sweeney, told The Verge in August that the company wants a “direct relationship with our customers on all platforms where that’s possible.”

“The great thing about the Internet and the digital revolution is that this is possible, now that physical storefronts and middlemen distributors are no longer required.”

Downloading from the official site will help the studio to keep most of the profit but it raises the security risks also. Avoiding the safety of a known and trusted store also raises the risk of unscrupulous people confusing potential players.
