A news has awestruck the gamers all over the world which is announced by Microsoft’s Xbox Boss Phil Spencer at E3 about a new Xbox Console.

Any specifics were not revealed by him, so some wondered why he even made the announcement at all, well of course he did so to assure people that consoles remain important to Microsoft as a company as he told Giant Bomb as there was a spread of rumors that Microsoft might sell Xbox Brand with the thinking that the Xbox team's ambitions did not closely enough line up with that of Microsoft overall.

"Anybody who might worry about our console future, I just wanted to put that at ease," Spencer said. "I wanted people to know that I love the track record of our hardware team ... we have some ideas in the future but it's not tomorrow. I didn't want people to think we were going to walk away from that part of the brand in the business because it's really important to us."

Also in an interview he talked about his expectation for the new Xbox, well it there is a strong possibility that all he said might indicate at the true feature of the future console. Among many wishes he he said he hopes the next Xbox can offer higher frame rates, while he also hopes the team can deliver a box that launches games faster. As wishing as he could be he even compare the interior of the PC to the consoles and compared the later as "out of whack" compared to PC. And he hopes to gap the bridge with the next Xbox.

Now there are rumors that the new console is codenamed Scarlet with a launch date in 2020, though Microsoft has not commented.
