Targeting people, riding horses and fiery fights, Red Dead Redemption 2 got it all you want from an open world western game. You will play as Arthur Morgan, who is a wanted man, and he’s been able to stay ahead of the law by refining his skills to become the ultimate gunslinger.
But as we know that Red Dead Revolver only had 28 different weapons and Red Dead Redemption had 36, but only after DLC. Yesterday RockstarINTEL.com on their twitter handle posted that Red Dead Redemption will have 50 different and unique weapons.

What we have seen from the trailer and gameplay videos and knowing Rockstar Games, each weapon will be meticulously crafted with fine details and realistic designs. And of course, excellent sound recreation will likely accompany each weapon.
Arthur is limited to the number of weapons he can carry at any time when on foot. He can carry two side arms and two rifles, or a rifle and a bow. He’s also armed with a hunting knife, throwing weapons such as a knives or explosives, and a lasso.
However, when he’s near his horse it acts as a full inventory, with Arthur able to pull up a weapon wheel when riding or standing in close proximity to the horse and having full access to all of his guns and gear.
For more on the game itself, here's an official story synopsis:
"America, 1899. The end of the wild west era has begun as lawmen hunt down the last remaining outlaw gangs. Those who will not surrender or succumb are killed.
"After a robbery goes badly wrong in the western town of Blackwater, Arthur Morgan and the Van der Linde gang are forced to flee. With federal agents and the best bounty hunters in the nation massing on their heels, the gang must rob, steal and fight their way across the rugged heartland of America in order to survive. As deepening internal divisions threaten to tear the gang apart, Arthur must make a choice between his own ideals and loyalty to the gang who raised him."
Red Dead Redemption 2 is slated to release on October 26 via the PlayStation 4 and Xbox On.
